MedWiz Pharmacy of Illinois is a leading provider of long-term care pharmacy services. We are actively seeking people like you- passionate, highly skilled and motivated to make a difference!Join the MedWiz of Illinois Pharmacy team as a pharmacist account consultant, where you will provide outstanding clinical services including medication regimen reviews & customer service to our amazing clients. This position will be responsible for ensuring all state & federal regulations are followed related to pharmacy services in each facility assigned, completion of the required medication regimen review (MRR), maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction with excellent customer service skills, conducting audits on medication storage & in preparation for survey, attending planned meetings, presenting clinical topics to the pharmacy & clients, and other projects and services as determined by the pharmacy team. This position will require you to be on the road about 75% of the time traveling to local sitesRequirements:Ohio pharmacist license in good standing Have a valid drivers license in good standing, own a vehicle, and have the ability to travel to all assigned buildings on routine basis Excellent communication, critical thinking, and customer service skills Knowledge of the long term care setting Strongly preferred: Extensive experience in LTC and geriatrics and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team Experience working as a consultant pharmacist & completing medication regimen reviews Superior customer service skills Expert knowledge of CMS SOM, state and federal rules and regulations as pertaining to pharmacy and long-term care Ability to travel and work flexible schedule Experience conducting medication storage audits Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacy (BCGP) or other board-certification
