Job Summary
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that Autonomous Maintenance methods and standards are followed and advanced. Coaching production staff to continuously improve work methods and results through our World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
The position is based in Louisa, Virginia.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As an Autonomous Maintenance Lead you will
• Participates and/or leads in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) / Continuous improvement related activities.
• Collaborates with the preventive maintenance team to investigate and resolve production losses.
• Drive for the results of key performance indicators (KPIs) with proper follow up and taking prompt action to solve problems.
• Reinforce and ensure compliance with company rules and policies; as well as the standards of safety, product quality, service level and maintenance of the production process.
• Ambassador of change culture to “zero loss mindset”.
• Improve the process performance thru loss eradication mindset with Autonomous Maintenance (AM) team’s evolution acting as a driver for this initiative.
We believe you have
• Technical degree or High School completed is a must. Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering is strongly desired.
• Minimum 1 year leading continuous improvement projects or teams. Nice to have experience managing people at production floor.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Must have knowledge of MS Office; SAP and Poka is a plus.
