The Associate Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship (ADDRS) assists the Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship (DDRS) and Senior Associate Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship (SADDRS) in planning and executing engaging, high-ROI fundraising events to expand the donor pool and meet fundraising goals. The ADDRS also executes major donor stewardship activities as determined by the DDRS.

• Familiar with Raiser's Edge CRM system; no experience is alright too!

What You'll Do: • Work with the Door Relations & Stewardship team to plan and execute events throughout PPSAT service area
• Manage back-end logistics for events; creating invitation lists, tracking RSVPs , tracking revenue, invitations
• Create & write content for websites, invitations, emails, scripts, & sponsorship letters
• Liaison for local event committees; running meetings, communication, and managing event volunteers
• Execute major donor stewardship activities; creating impact reports and personalized touchpoints as directed by the DDRS
• Contribute to an inclusive & affirming environment
$53,500 - $65,600 a year
Schedule:
Full-Time 40 hours/week
Monday - Friday
Hybrid workstyle based in Roanoke, Virginia. Minimum 1 in-office day/week. Occasional travel throughout PPSAT affiliate region required

Compensation:
PPSAT's compensation philosophy is based on equity and transparency.  Each job at PPSAT is assigned to a salary grade built on market data.  For an individual coming into PPSAT, we set a pay generally between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary grade and based on candidate qualifications.  For this position, the minimum is $53,500 and the midpoint is $65,600, annually.  Starting offers are determined by both the candidate's experience and internal equity of current employees within the pay grade.

This position requires a background check once a job offer is extended to the final candidate.
