Job Description Duration: 6+ months
Location: MN-New Brighton, Hybrid 3-4 days on site
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant aligns with a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns with one of the eight core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Security/Infra Architect, you will join Turnberry's Product Design & Development practice and consult in the Digital Transformation service. Turnberry's Digital Transformation service provides strategy and implementation consulting to help organizations adopt modern technology to excel in today's digitally-driven market; in the Product Design and Development practice, we leverage modern technology to design and build awesome cloud-native applications.
Responsibilities:
Support the Global Security Architecture practice, which includes designing and communicating security patterns, standards, diagrams, and architecture models
Document and map security control infrastructure and capabilities to align with common security frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001 & U.S. DoD CMMC
Foster and maintain key relationships across the business and IT teams to support various initiatives
Drive development and maintenance of security standards, ensuring relevance to the organization
Collaborate with users to discuss computer data access needs, identify security threats and violations, and identify and recommend needed programming or process changes
Perform risk assessments, audits, and tests to ensure proper functioning of data processing activities and security measures
Participate in security-related project work and oversee external consultant activities
Mentor, coach, and develop other team members and IT partners
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of ten years of experience in information technology, with at least five in security-related roles
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Industry certifications preferred include CISSP, CCSP, CompTIA Security+, and/or SSCP
Proficient in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen and commercial outlook
Ability to communicate technical requirements to a varied audience
Excellent organizational skills and analytic, problem-solving skills
Impeccable confidentiality, attention to detail, and self-organization
Self-directed and motivated, with a positive and willing attitude
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
