TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) that is licensed in the state of Ohio for our Arrow Springs facility in Lebanon, Ohio.As an LPN, you will assist physicians and/or registered nurses (RN) in providing clinical care by collaborating with physicians, RN, or other health care team members to meet patient needs. You will participate in the development of the plan of care for patients and then implement that plan of care.
