Job Description
STEP, Inc. seeks a skilled and experienced professional to assume the position of Head Start/Early Head Start Program Manager for Franklin County.  Head Start/Early Head Start provides programming for low-income infants, toddlers and pregnant women on a variety of topics from children's physical, social, and emotional development to prenatal care and postpartum care.  The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing family-community engagement, data, and activities
• Child enrollment
• Bus transportation policies and procedures
• Program monitoring
• Supervising family services staff
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or required field.
• Background in Early Childhood Education and at least three years experience in working with young children.
• Must have 3 years of management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Salary range is $37,802.03 - $49,651.09
Benefits include health insurance, disability insurance, PTO, and 401K.
