SimVentions, consistently voted one Virginia's Best Places to Work, is looking for a Technical Project Management/IMS Analyst to join our team!
This position is for a full time MS Project IMS Scheduler who will provide oversight for Cybersecurity, risk management, RMF package development for accreditation of Navy shipboard tactical systems. The right candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of appropriate software applications to include tasking planning, critical path identification, and Integrated Master Scheduler project maintenance/update.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for Navy programs and projects
• Manage coordination of task planning and execution
• Identify and track program and schedule risks
• Facilitate recurring IMS meetings with government customers
• Develop reports and presentation materials
Required Skills & Experience:
• Three (3) years of specialized experience in Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for Navy programs and projects
Additional Requirements:

Due to the requirements in the Safer Federal Workforce Taskforce guidance and the nature of our covered contracts and facilities, all employees may need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a legal exemption with approved accommodation.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Five (5) years of specialized experience in Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for Navy programs and projects
Education: Bachelors and 3 - 5 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum Clearance: ACTIVE Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Travel (if applicable) : 10%
Location: Fredericksburg, VA Headquarters, with hybrid telework potential.
