Instead of haggling back and forth, our Guest Experience Manager can focus on making sure every guest has an experience they’ll want to tell their friends and family about. You will not be negotiating or pressuring customers to buy a product. As a Guest Experience Manager you will act as a guide for the customer to help them make an informed decision when buying or leasing new and used vehicles.
This role has an earning potential of $45,000-$60,000/yr.

Guest Experience Manager Daily Life
• Engage with the guest via phone, email, text or in-person to determine where the guest is in their buying journey and what additional information they need to complete the purchase.
• Explain the Duncan Difference – one price upfront, one point of contact, Simple. Smart. Better. buying process.
• Complete product demonstrations at the dealership or the guest’s home or office when requested.
• Determine and explain purchase terms to the guest - price of vehicle, payments, length of loan.
• Stay in contact with the guests you’ve met to ensure their questions were answered and they had a great experience.

• Enjoys problem solving under pressure and has shown an ability to remain calm, courteous and professional during times of high stress.
• Values being in a sales role with a strong emphasis on the guest experience.

Schedule:
Rotating Schedule including Saturday’s and evenings.

Compensation:
· Highly competitive earnings structure including an hourly wage plus product bonuses.
· 5-day work week with a 40-45 hour schedule.
