As a Foster Family Liaison, you will recruit foster families by engaging on social media, participating in community events, and internally with Intercept Health employees. They will occasionally assist Foster Family Trainers in their responsibilities when needed.
The selected candidate will a doctorate or masters in a field related to social work such as, but not limited to, sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling with at least one year of experience providing case work services to children and families in a child-placing agency OR
A baccalaureate degree in social work or a field related to social work including, but not limited to sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling and one year of experience in providing casework services to children and families OR
A baccalaureate degree in any field plus two years of experience in providing casework services to children and families. Experience in the field of foster care or experience in working with behavioral programs, counseling, and/or skills training preferred. A minimum of one year of program administration is highly desirable. Experience in marketing, business development, or public relations, with an emphasis on developing new territories, target markets, and/or customer bases highly preferred.
