RESPONSIBILITIES:Follow ABA theory practice during sessions, as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Perform ABA treatment/interventions as directed by the BCBA Effectively communicate and efficiently document and bill for treatment performed Prepares materials for treatment sessions, maintains clinic equipment conditions, and assists in inventory of clinic suppliesFosters and maintains effective and appropriate professional relationships with teammates, families, and patientsQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum programApplied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and training preferred, but not required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred, but not requiredTraining and supervision provided to obtain RBT if neededAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitudeExceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside mannerDemonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workloadProven exceptional customer service and patient care experienceSelf-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectationsWe are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruiting and employment process.ivyrehab.com Ivy Rehab Network is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity, inclusion and belonging in all aspects of the recruiting and employment process.
