SUMMER WORK!!! Are you looking for a GREAT summer job with set full time hours, weekends off, and GREAT PAY? Check out this rare opportunity to join the 1st or 2nd shift Assembly team with this premier manufacturer in St. Peter. Pay: $22.74 an hour - $26.31
VARIOUS SKILL LEVELS NEEDED!
1st shift hours: NO WEEKENDS! Monday - Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (OT every other Friday)
2nd shift hours: NO WEEKENDS! Monday - Thursday 5:00 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. (OT every other Friday)
Responsibilities:
General boat assembly including but not limited to: metal fabrication, boat body (hull) prep and hull assembly, paint prep, boat part assembly, final boat assembly and decal application
Inspect parts, equipment, product or vehicles for cleanliness, damage and compliance with standards or regulation
Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.
Notify supervisor or other personnel of production problems
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Ability to stand, kneel, crawl and work for several hours in various positions either on a concrete floor or within a boat
Ability to manually move product and materials through regular physical exertion, including but not limited to climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending
Must work at a reasonable pace and within our quality and production standards to ensure timely completion of tasks while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Production standards may include potential overtime as required to meet customer needs
Knowledge and previous use of various tools including basic hand tools and tape measures.
