Spherion is looking for a part time Human Resources Admin for a leading manufacturer in the Saint Peter, MN area. Potential for long term, full time hours but for the time being, this person will work (5) 4 hour days - flexible scheduling! A great long-term opportunity!
Responsibilities:
Provide HR support such as creating offer letters, new hire paperwork, orientation packets and badges.
Involvement with employee onboarding processes
Provide support with general clerical duties by answering phones and scheduling interviews
Process requests for verifications of employment, background checks, and pre-employment drug screens
Maintain HR databases, updates, and audits to ensure accurate recordkeeping and system information
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Skills:
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the company's HRIS and talent management systems
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a very high level of attention to detail
Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check
