Full Job Description Valley Landscaping is looking to add an Account Manager to our team!
With the training and enhancement opportunities we offer at Valley, the Account Manager would become familiar with all aspects of company operations to include customer service, estimating, production, etc. This individual must display the leadership capability to oversee Crew Leaders on a daily basis while creating and maintaining a professional and positive atmosphere.
Responsibilities for a Production Manager may include:
• Coordinates schedules, crews, equipment, and materials associated with daily production of work within the objectives of the company's business model, policies, and procedures
• Coordinates training to ensure best landscaping practices are being exercised by Crew Leaders and Crew Members daily
• Maintains a live record of active projects to monitor budgeted versus actual materials
• Maintains high standards of customer service, addresses client complains, follows up within 24 hours, and keeps record of customer damages
• Demonstrates reliable, respectful, and polite communication with customers
• Completes leads, performs estimates, and oversees crew to achieve client goals
Requirements:
• Experience in the green industry preferred
• Experience in a management role preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Stoop/bend/lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for periods of 8 hours or more
