Marketing Collateral Coordinator
Bassett Furniture is seeking a Marketing Collateral Coordinator to be responsible for managing the on-time production, delivery, communication, as well as tracking inventory for all retail and corporate marketing materials such as signage, hangtags, brochures and store fixtures. Based at our corporate headquarters in Bassett, VA, this role requires someone who is highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and an effective communicator.
Responsibilities Include:
Collateral and Signage Production
· Proofreading and production of all marketing materials, including managing vendors on timelines, deadlines, and delivery
· Assuring marketing materials follow design and brand standards
· Maintaining a positive, collaborative relationship with printers and other vendors
· Assisting with soliciting and securing bids/pricing/vendors
· Coordinating shipments of all new marketing collateral and compile packing lists.
· Managing inventory levels of all collateral based on rate of sale and obsolescence
· Maintaining up-to-date Retail Collateral Catalog for store use
· Creating and shipping USB flash drives of videos for store displays
· Processing, coding, and matching to bid, all invoices, while comparing to budget and evaluating costs
Communication
· Communicating shipments, inventory issues, and item availability to the internal stakeholders and stores via Company extranet
· Fulfilling requests for information and materials from vendors, stores, sales representatives and regional managers, and internal management
· Communicating monthly sale sign placement instructions for stores to follow
Other
· Attending merchandising meetings to understand future collateral needs and maintain a competent knowledge of current Bassett products
· Coordinating Spring/Fall market sign/collateral setup at High Point, NC showroom
· Taking inventory of collateral at Collinsville Printing up to two times a year
