EvolutionHR has an immediate opening for a Customer Specialist for a client in the Troutville VA area!
This is position will sit in an office environment at an industrial site!
This role will be part of a team supporting internal teams and external customers. This position requires being onsite in the office and will work Monday through Friday.
* Provide timely response to customer needs for products and services provided
* Answer plant phone and transfer to appropriate parties.
* Sort and distribute received payments/checks.
* Sort and distribute office mail including UPS labeling/Metering
* Relentlessly pursue a solution to every issue that a customer brings and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
* Enter orders into JWS/SAP systems accurately and efficiently.
* After hours on call assignments with the possibility of 24 hour phone coverage during your scheduled week.
* Work Hours – M-F 7:30am – 4:30pm with the rotating on call piece of 6:00am – 7:30am M-F and 12pm-5pm Saturday and 5pm-9pm Sunday. If the person is on call they would not come into the office until 10am M-F to offset the early hours.
Starting pay is $19/hour
* Call center/phone environment in a team setting. Handling calls including deliveries, researching missed loads, handling complaints, overseeing special projects. Calls can range from 80-100+ during peak season (spring – fall) and be less, 50 calls during winter months.
Must pass background and Drug screen. Good work ethic, excellent attitude and stable work history needed.
