Beck & Call’s Field Assistant/Construction Runner is someone who likes doing something different every day, is detail-oriented, and wants to keep things running smoothly. A successful Field Assistant is a hard-working team player and problem solver.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
? Detail-oriented organizational skills as well as good time management.
? Strong communication skills with customers and other teammembers.
? Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
? Team player attitude, willing to pitch in where needed.
? A willingness to learn and a hard working with a “do-what-it-takes” attitude is essential.
? Must be available to work up to 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
? Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
? A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (except for minor violations) is required.
? Have reliable transportation to/from work. If a personal vehicle is used for work purposes, mileage will be paid.
? High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
? Be computer literate.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
? Pick up and deliver additional needed materials and deliver to job sites.
? Return excess materials to suppliers after the job is completed.
? Submit any required paperwork for materials tracking.
? Assisting with the setup and cleanup of job sites.
? Clean, organize, and inventory our facilities and vehicles.
? Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
? Visit job sites and take photos / videos of work (before, in-progress, and after).
? Make dump runs with company trailers (6x12).
? Assist handymen and other field staff as needed.
? Performing other duties as assigned.
*BENEFITS*
? Paid time off and holidays after 90 days of employment.
? Monday-Friday only. No evenings or weekends.
? Temporary employees who are offered permanent positions are eligible for bonus and/or commission incentives after 90 days.
*SCHEDULE & PAY*
? Pay: $16+/hour
? Monday-Friday, shifts ranging from 6-8 hours between the hours of
8am-5pm.
? This position is temporary, with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance and available openings.
