What Will I Be Doing?
Overseeing a team of mental health professionals and coordinating the delivery of services to ensure the well-being and safety of the individuals and families in their care.
Collaborating with leadership team to onboard new employees and develop staff training for all Family Centered Specialists.
Develop and implement treatment team meeting and clinical supervision schedules to help provide clinical review and oversight for assigned cases.
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and associated documentation.

Candidate should have ability to provide guidance and leadership to ensure clinical best practices of the team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time well.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in human services or related field required
LMHP or LMHP-Eligible, required
Experience working with individuals and families in behavioral health field.
Supervision experience preferred.
Family Centered Treatment certification, preferred, however, HCA will assist in the certification process upon hire.
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
