Job Description:
BASIC FUNCTION
• Under supervision of the Materials Manager, transact and maintain accurate records of manufacturing issues in plant ERP system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and update stock levels from manufacturing deviation reports
• Ensure transactions are accurate and complete without system holds
• Analyze receipts reports to physical receipt paperwork to validate accurate daily receipts
• Partner with Inventory Manager to understand causes of negative on hand balances and ensure zero negative system balances
• Execute tactical transactions as needed at the direction of the Materials Manager to ensure accurate and compliant completion of manufacturing orders
• Execute timely transactions to transfer materials to their next required operation as needed
Qualification
Education/Experience
• 2+ years’ experience in production control, or data entry
• Preferred 4+ years’ experience in production control, or data entry
Skills
• Data Entry
• MS Office Proficiency
• Basic problem solving
