LHH is actively looking for an HR Assistant to work for a client on a direct hire bias.
Title : HR Assistant
Duration : Direct Hire
Pay : $55,000K - $60,000K annually
Schedule : M-F, 8AM-5PM
Address : 100% ONSITE - Grapevine, TX 76051
Bachelor's degree preferred!
2- 5 years of previous HR support experience
Recruiting support (interview coordination, onboarding, and HR admin)
Construction and Building Materials industry experience is a plus!
DUTIES:
• Supporting the Recruiting/HR Team on administrative/recruiting as needed
• Onboard new hires; ensuring they are engaged throughout the process
• Assist in the sourcing process to engage in proactive sourcing for job openings within ATS System
• Assisting with the benefits enrollment and other HR-related duties
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have 2- 5 years HR support/recruiting experience
• ATS experience is a plus!
• Strong project management skills and the ability to execute fast-paced and high-volume recruitment efforts
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and department compliances
