Elementary/MIDDLE SCHOOL - HEALTH AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION
2023-2024 School Year
Assignments and Locations:  Grades K - 7 Craig County Public Schools
The Craig County School Board in Virginia is now accepting applications for an elementary/middle teaching position (Health and Physical Education) available within our division for the 2023-2024 school year.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To develop and implement an instructional program that will effectively provide the best possible education for each student
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Hold a Virginia Teacher’s License with appropriate endorsement to teach Health and Physical Education
• Have experience in curriculum development and developing lesson plans
• Have experience and expertise in using technology in education
• Have effective written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with parents and families
• Demonstrate the ability to work and collaborate with a team of other teachers
• Demonstrate the ability to be dependable and punctual
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous teaching experience
Salary : 2023 - 2024 Teacher salary scale with benefits
FLSA: Exempt
