Under the direct supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Provides brief and long-term, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, families and groups via telehealth and office-based encounters
• Conducts psychosocial evaluations and determination of psychiatric diagnoses via telehealth and office-based encounters.
• Coordinates the patient’s treatment with the multidisciplinary treatment team, patient’s family, referral source and aftercare provider.
• Works cooperatively with other members of the Clinical Programs Department and treatment team, provides coverage and arranges coverage when needed.

What We Require:
Education : Requires a Master's Degree of Social Work from a fully accredited program of the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
Experience: Meets minimum criteria to qualify as a Supervisee in Social Work as determined by the Virginia Board of Social Work.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration : Requires registration as a Supervisee in Social Work with the Virginia Department of Social Work.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills required. Must successfully complete orientation and competency validation for position.
