Our client is looking for 2 Main OR RNs, they are the ONLY local hospital affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic Heart, Vascular, and Thoracic Institute!
They plan to grow this program and want candidates that are excited to contribute to the growth!!
Must have 1-2 years of OR experience
Hours:
8's or 10's. 10's are from 7-5:30p. 10's are also preferred. 12's are also doable if needed.
On-call: either 8hr or 16hr shift but they do not get called in often. This is 4-5 weekday calls per 6 week schedule. The hours depend on a candidate's shift, either 5-11 or 11p-7a.
Every 3rd weekend is either a call commitment or call commitment.
Pay :
$31-45/hr Depending on Experience
Up to $40k sign on for 3 year commitment
Sign-on is paid out in 2 installments. 1st half is on the second paycheck and 2nd half is at 1 year of employment.
**$40,000 Sign On Bonus with at least 2 years of OR/SURGERY Experience.** 3 Year Commitment
**$20,000 Sign On Bonus with at least 2 years of Nursing Experience. ** 2 Year Commitment
~$10,000 Sign On Bonus with less than 2 years of experience.~ 1 Year Commitment
