We are seeking a Business Analyst who will help with a wide range of strategic projects and analytical needs. This requires an individual who is a self- starter, a critical thinker, a fast learner, and a problem solver, and who brings superior communication and interpersonal skills. This role will touch a wide swath of the Equipment business, including product development, engineering, manufacturing, service, and commercial operations.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
• Analyze and synthesize findings into summaries and recommendations.
• Work with internal departments to understand current processes, identify bottlenecks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Help implement recommendations or improvement projects.
• Assist with preparation, communication and execution of strategic plans and presentations.
• Create dashboards to track key initiatives and KPIs.
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree
• 4+ years experience in strategic consulting, business analysis or equivalent work
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to navigate within complex topics understand the big picture while also being able to dive into the details.
• Ability to frame and simplify complex issues.
• Proactive, take initiative to solve problems.
• Ability to self-teach in undefined areas; can quickly understand a new topic.
• Outstanding communication skills-
