Adelphi Medical is seeking State Tested Nurse Aides (STNA) for a contract opportunity with a nursing facility in Ohio on an as needed basis. The STNAs will provide direct care for patients, which may vary in scope and length. Job Quick Facts:•Profession: State Tested Nurse Aides (STNA)•Location: Georgetown & Sandusky, Ohio•Service Setting: Onsite•Job Type: Contract•Shift Schedule: 8 hour shifts per day•Malpractice insurance covered•Rate: $26/Hr.Requirements:•STNA Ohio License•CPR/BLS Certification•Listed on Ohio Nurse Aide RegistryResponsibilities:•Provide basic care to patients to enable them to meet their needs of daily living.•Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.•Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff.•Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.•Accept and fulfill obligations of scheduled assignment which has been requested and confirmed.•Perform other duties as needed by the facility.
