Job Type: Part-Time / Contract Pay Range: $65-80 per hour. Physical Therapist Job Duties: Implement Physical Therapy IEP goals and objectives Track progress on Physical Therapy IEP goals and objectives Report progress on Physical Therapy IEP goals and objectives one time per quarter Collaborate with other professionals on the team Submit present levels and a new IEP goal with objectives once per year Submit an ETR Part 1 Form every 3 years Type session note after each visit Work with students in their homes and in our Mason Office
