JOB SUMMARYWorks independently in performing duties as phlebotomist. Duties include breath alcohol testing, drawing blood from patients, collecting regulated and non-regulated drug screens, charting/telephoning/faxing results, report retrieval, house calls, nursing home draws, and workload collection.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge & ExperienceSkills-Ability to prioritize, good communication and interpersonal skills, maintain composure in all situations, possess professional demeanor, able to adjust to changeKnowledge-Education-High School Diploma or EquivalentNHA or ASCP Certification desired but not requiredExperience-Experience as a phlebotomist is preferred but not required.Authority and AccountabilityMust be able to work with and properly handle different types of people.Aptitudes
