QualificationsEducation, Credentials, Licenses: Baccalaureate Degree in a Biological Science with completion of a NAACLS approved Medical Technology program along with certification from a nationally recognized certifying agency OR Baccalaureate Degree in a Biological Science with completion of a NAACLS approved Medical Technology program along with ASCP Certification ORCLIA '88 Equivalent (HEW/HHS Certification) ORRegistry Eligible - Baccalaureate Degree in a Biological Science and have completed a NAACLS accredited MT/CLS program AND be certified within a year of eligibility or be certified one year from date of hire. Registry Eligible for a Section Certification - must have a Baccalaureate Degree with a minimum of five-years technical experience in ONE of the Clinical Areas of the Laboratory.Kind and Length of Experience: Minimum of 6-12 month of clinical internship as part of an approved MLS Training Program.
