Friedrichs Family Eye Center is seeking a friendly, computer proficient person to greet and register patients and coordinate front desk activities.
Duties Include:
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Receiving and taking action on emails, texts, and faxes.
• Verifying insurance benefits
• Explaining insurance and patient responsibility to patients.
• Greeting patients and registering
• other duties as directed
