• Flexible scheduling available - it is easy to get a day off when requested
• Overtime available if wanted by the employee, but not required
• NO WEEKEND REQUIREMENT - We ask that you be available 1 weekend per month, so that no one has to work a lot of weekends. 50% of our staff do not work weekends.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
• Provide non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors in their homes
• Personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing and dressing
• Help with household errands and provide transportation to and from appointments
• Perform grocery shopping, meal preparation tasks, and light housekeeping
• Monitor medication schedules and provide reminders throughout the day
Position Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a 40 hour PCA certificate or a CNA certificate
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must Be Able to Speak and Read English
• Available 30 hours+ per week preferred
• Dementia Experience Preferred
• Hiring Process includes Phone interview (5 minutes or less) and 2 in person interviews (30 minutes total)
