CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Management Analyst to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA . Successful candidates will apply their knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers.
Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-
•
Provide programmatic support for multiple projects
• Draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization, or control
• Develop and draft program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition quality control, maintenance, or training documentation
• Provide management, budgeting support, and financial analysis services as required
• Conduct work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses
• Liaison between clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document customer requirements
• Rely upon and use automated management information systems in performing fact-finding, analytical, and advisory functions
• Support corporate level mission requirements associated with security, environmental and safety, infrastructure, technology, and personnel and management requirements
• Support the development of corporate level strategic planning
• May participate in team of individuals with differing skills and talents to accomplish tasking
• Will communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Required Experience and Education :
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• At least 8 years’ experience in performing responsibilities similar to those listed above
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
• Ability to interpret complex internal customer requirements and attitudes from verbal, non-verbal, and written communication
Security Requirements:
• Secret Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship
