Silver Hearth Lodge – the ONLY private mountain top wedding venue in the entire southeast, is located on the very top of Bent Mountain, VA (overlooking Roanoke). We are seeking:
**HOUSEKEEPING and GENERAL CLEANING part/full time staff
**GENERAL MAINTENANCE part/full time staff
Starting rates are $15 - $17/hour, depending upon your past experience, work efficiency, attention to detail (OCD-lol), organized skillset, goal-oriented mindset and your reliability/ dependability. If you have a flexible schedule during week days and/or the weekends where you are available to be a part of a well-oiled wedding venue operation, one of these jobs might be a good fit for you. These jobs could evolve into additional involvement and compensation (i.e. bartending, wedding planning, venue tour host, marketing/social media management, general maintenance, venue management, providing exclusive vendor services, venue ownership, etc.) if you find that you have a passion for this business!
