Job Title: Dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist in Bassett, Virginia
Are you a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking for an exciting new opportunity in Bassett, VA? We are seeking a Dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist with us, you will work with a variety of patients and conditions, providing diagnosis and treatment for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Our ideal candidate will have SNF experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy sessions to patients, monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Communicate with healthcare professionals and families to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Participate in team meetings and educational programs
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure in Virginia
SNF experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Current Covid test with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
