Full Job Description We are seeking a DSP who is motivated, flexible, bright, energetic, responsible, and organized.
We offer:
• Flexible times / 20 hours per week, up to as little as 4 hours a week
• Paid Training
• Paid Time off
• Part Time
• 13.75 to 14.25 per hour (Depending on experience, pay increase at 6 months and a yearly evaluation, depending on work performance)
DSP's provide a wide variety of home and community-based services that support people with disabilities. DSPs will ensure the quality of life of the individuals and will be responsible to maintain their health status, aid in developing skills in instrumental activities of daily living and adapting to community and home environments.
