As the Unit Director of the Step-Down/Telemetry Unit you will report directly to the Senior Director and be supported by a team of dedicated assistant nurse managers, team leaders, nurses and staff committed to providing the highest level of care in the 20+ bed unit!  The Nurse Manager of Progressive Care Unit will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of a department as they relate to goals and objectives.
The ideal RN Clinical Unit Director of Progressive Care Unit will have a minimum of 3 years leadership experience and must hold their BSN, MSN is preferred.
