**Responsibilities:**
The National Account Manager will be responsible for meeting the set goals and objectives by supporting existing customers, cultivating new opportunities and meeting/exceeding sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate must be strong with making good first impressions, as well as building relationships and enjoy finding and closing new opportunities.
+ Maintaining and expanding database of prospects and source new opportunities
+ Responsible for developing relationships with various levels of the organization, seeking out new business opportunities, and resolving quality issues
+ Skilled at negotiating and maintaining multi-year contracts with major customers through various terms
+ Partners with internal support and operational teams to coordinate necessary items for customer orders
+ Investigates and communicates quality issues and customer complaints while leveraging teams to resolve opportunities with a sense of urgency
+ Becomes a customer representative, establishing unique position by differentiating our corporate value to the customer
+ Demonstrates appropriate attitude in all dealings with coworkers, customers, and suppliers
+ Quickly identifies client needs and suggests appropriate products/solutions and close sales opportunities
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree and/or related experience
+ Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
+ Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
+ Proactive and exercises sound judgment and decision making
+ Self-confident and self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment
+ Comfortability prospecting and completing meetings virtually (phone and video)
+ Able to work independently without guidance
+ Comfortability using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams and Outlook
+ Bachelor's degree and/or 10 years of related experience
+ Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
