Full Job Description If you are a leader seeking to work with a dynamic and growing medical practice, this position is for you. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Advanced Practice Practitioner (NP/PA) interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in post-acute and long-term care. This position will serve a facility in the Martinville/Bassett, VA area. Duties will include speaking with patients about healthy lifestyle choices for their age, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain highest level of quality care and an up-to-date medical record.
As a team member you will:
• Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients.
• Communicate with nursing staff and collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN availabilities
Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 base per year with quarterly productivity bonus structures.
