Lead Crisis Line Specialist - Full time

JOB SUMMARY:
This position involves the supervisory role for the Clinical Triage Specialists working in the AAC. The Clinical Triage Supervisor oversees the administrative operations of the Crisis Line and Point of Entry functions, including scheduling personnel, providing training and support to new personnel and ongoing training to staff. The supervisor will handle complaints, disciplinary functions, evaluations, QE reporting data, statistical summaries and other duties determined appropriate.
