JOB DETAILS
Base Pay Rate: $18 - $19 per hour
Shift: 1st
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process work orders, prepare manufacturing instructions, and create schedules for production lines.
• Access work centers using AS-400 and complete the day’s schedules.
• Research and resolve “hold” orders and unscheduled orders.
• Liaise with customer service personnel to confirm client specifications.
• Generate add-on reports and labels as needed.
• Verify the scheduling of glass.
• Communicate with the shipping department about Stock Pull requirements.
• Monitor for data entry errors and coordinate schedule adjustments.
• Print, separate, and make copies of schedules; replace ribbons on label machines; and stock printers with adequate paper supplies.
• Assist with stop reports required for NVR orders.
• Arrange labels for the following day with the correct colors.
• Ensure that labels and schedules are placed in the proper areas for distribution.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties.
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or a background in scheduling.
