Veralto
On September 14, 2022, Danaher announced its intention to separate its Environmental & Applied Solutions segment to create an independent, publicly traded company. The new company will be called Veralto and will be comprised of an outstanding collection of market-leading brands in Danaher's Environmental and Applied Solutions (EAS) segment: Hach, ChemTreat, Trojan, OTT HydroMet, and McCrometer from Danaher's Water Quality Platform and Videojet, Esko, X-Rite Pantone and Linx from the Product Identification Platform. The EAS segment generated revenue of approximately $4.8 billion in 2022 and has a global team of approximately 16,000 associates.

About The Role

As the Benefits Analyst, you will provide administrative, transactional, and analytical support for Veralto's North American health, risk, retirement, and wellbeing benefits.
You will work closely with the Director of Global Benefits, as a critical team player for the ongoing delivery of U.S. and Canadian benefit plan operations and work in partnership with the Corporate Benefits team to enhance / improve the operations and delivery of our benefit and wellbeing programs.

Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for collaboration, ongoing stewardship, audits, reporting, funding, and annual performance assessments of Veralto's US and Canadian Health & Welfare, and Retirement Plans, Business Travel Accident, Scholarship, Leave Administration & Wellbeing partners and programs.
- Support the integration of business acquisitions into the Veralto U.S. and Canadian Benefits Programs. Support Veralto's ongoing US and Canadian benefit plan key stakeholder activity.
- Bring authentic and relevant benefits programing to associates, serve as SME and support implementation of potential targeted point solutions and communication/education to drive benefit plan utilization and engagement, retirement readiness and overall wellbeing with vendors, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development teams.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Veralto's Benefits Data analytic tools, consultants, integrated delivery solutions, and plan administrative partners to analyze participant behavior across plans, employee segments, and throughout our lines of business.
- Strong external collaboration with Benefit Plan Administrators, Plan Providers, Consultants, Plan Actuaries, and external ERISA Counsel.
Your Attributes
The essential requirements of the job include:
- BA/BS in related field; master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Retirement and Health Benefit Design and Delivery. Large market Retirement and Health consulting and/or benefits administration experience highly desired.
- Strong project management acumen and expertise; experience in professional services/consulting highly desired.
- Experience in the development and delivery of technology solutions that enable and enhance the execution of a corporation's benefit programs.
