DIETARY SERVICES DIRECTOR
South Roanoke Nursing Home is currently recruiting for an experienced Dietary Services Director. The Dietary Services Director plans and directs the total operation of the Dietary Services Department. The Director is to coordinate the production of food to the highest possible quality by supervising and instructing Dietary Service employees. They are to maintain cost-effective purchasing, provide exemplary customer service, and manage the staffing levels of the department.
