Executive Administrator, Home Care Agency
Stanleyview Home Care is offering an exciting executive, entrepreneurial opportunity for the right candidate to get in on the ground floor of an agency dedicated to serving our valuable senior citizens.
Do you have at least one year of supervisory experience in the healthcare industry within the past five years? Do you have a passion for caring for and protecting vulnerable people? Stanleyview Home Care is opening its doors as a Companion and Homemaker services agency while simultaneously finalizing our state license application to provide hands on ADL services to senior citizens within our community.
This position is flexible and offers areas for advancement. Must have management and home care or home health experience, prefer a Registered Nurse, but this is not required. The salary range is from $72K to $110K annually, based on experience. Other compensation will include bonuses based on achieving specific financial goals. Additionally, an equity stake in the agency may be considered if this candidate demonstrates successful leadership qualities, achieves financial goals and is compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.*

The Executive Administrator
An extremely important role in this company, the Administrator is a W-2 employee of Stanleyview Home Care and a member of the leadership team. This person will possess education and/or experience required by Stanleyview Home Care's policies & procedures, and is designated in writing by the Owner to the state of Virginia.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in healthcare administration, human services, or related business field, along with at least one year in a supervisory role in a health-related field.
Familiarity with local, state and federal laws/regulations.
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to triage tasks throughout your day.
Sales, Marketing and Operations experience.
Highly organized individual, and the ability to work independently.
Home Care or Medicare/Medicaid home health care experience.
Experience with private pay and various payer sources.
Billing and Collections skills, including aging reports.
Possess effective communication skills and ability to lead a team of personnel with a variety of backgrounds and educational experiences.
Ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Possess good time management, problem-solving, and work ethic skills.
Must pass a state and national background check prior to employment.
Responsibilities
Very strong sense of urgency, and solid customer service skills – friendliness required!
Demonstrates support for the Stanleyview Home Care mission statement to promote quality, efficient, comprehensive, compassionate, and effective client service.
Shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization, including but not limited to:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and fiscal affairs of Stanleyview Home Care.
Organizing and supervising the administrative functions of the organization.
Employing qualified personnel and ensuring adequate staff orientation, training, education, competency testing, evaluation and HR file maintenance.
Work with staff Registered Nurse to ensure supervisory visits are completed as required by the State, and competency checks are being conducted upon hire, along with regular training of staff by the agency RN.
Maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations and implementing corrective action in response to reports of organization committees and regulatory agencies.
Maintaining complaint and incident logs (both for clients and employees)
Overseeing the scheduling of staff with clients based on skill set of employees and needs of client.
Review, update and implement company’s policies & procedures, operating handbook, employees’ manual, and all other related documents as and when required.
Serve as a liaison between Stanleyview Home Care staff, referral sources, and clients.
Coordinate, closely, with RN before, during and after cases evaluations, updating plans of care with RN as necessary, and client file maintenance.
Regularly check in with employees and clients to assess needs for each group, and levels of satisfaction with the agency.
Shall be available at all times during operating hours, and for emergency situations.
Promoting the agency via in-person visits to local referral sources within the community
Other duties as assigned - this is a very dynamic working environment where things change quickly throughout the day.
