The Resident Care Director is responsible for the overall operation of resident care services at the nursing community.
Position Highlights
*Develop, maintain and monitor a service plan for each resident being attentive to each customer
as an individual and in accordance with state assisted living regulations.
*Monitor and maintain compliance with all state regulations.
*Meet regularly with the supportive services, social services to evaluate resident service needs.
* Responsible for nursing department employee recruitment and retention.
*Implement training programs and in-services for all employees in accordance with state
assisted living regulations.
*Operate/maintain nursing department within budgetary guidelines and authorize purchasing in
the department.

Qualifications A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
