As a Regional Vice President of Operations - RVPO for Saber Healthcare we are not just looking for a body to fill a position, we want someone who fits into our desired culture and contributes to it as well!
Responsibilities:
• Supervises facility Administrators, Regional Director of Clinical Services, and Regional Business Development
• Hire, supervise, and train Administrators
• Set and establish goals and timetables
• Assist Administrators in the preparation/analysis of the annual financial operating budget
• Monitor monthly performance of facilities in relation to the budget and intervene as needed
• Assist regional and corporate staff, i.e. clinical, accounting, marketing, and human resources to ensure facilities receive appropriate support
• Must ensure successful census development and revenue production
Qualifications:
• Multi-facility leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MUST have an ACTIVE Administrator’s License in the state of employment
