The Greek Park House Director is responsible for day-to-day management of his/her facility and reports to the Coordinator for Greek Housing Management as well as the Housing Corporation of the individual organization. The director works approximately one-half time over the course of an academic year, not to exceed an average of 20 hours per week. Additional duties may be specified by the individual house corporation but should not interfere with the completion of the responsibilities listed below. This position is "live-in" and requires weekend and evening work.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position
Enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Physical Demands
Willing to lift and carry over 20 pounds, both assisted and unassisted.
Willing to sit at a desk and computer for moderate periods of time.
Bend and/or squat to file as required.
Hear and verbally communicate via telephone and in person.
Interpret and apply policies and procedures.
Remember circumstances and changes.
Focus on and complete detail-oriented tasks.
