• Support in development of Global Marketing in development of Global Fragrance Marketing objectives, strategies and 3-year innovation pipeline, considering strategic fit with brand.
• Identify new products concepts based on new technologies, market trends, competitive activity product gaps and category/franchising opportunities leveraging a category management skill set.
• Work hand in hand with cross functional partner groups to bring new programs to market, including but not limited to Global Business Supply Chain (GBSC), Global Business Planning (GBP), Product Development, Packaging, Design, Global Supply (GSR), Creative, Education, Consumer Marketing, PR.
• Drive development of 360 go-to-market strategy, leveraging expertise of Consumer Marketing, Education, Communications and PR teams to build awareness and engagement for innovation and commercial innovation (hero support), ensuring excellence in execution.
• Lead development of sustainability strategy for category; ensure adherence to Corporate sustainability goals
• Collaborate with Global Business Planning to develop and finalize marketing forecast estimates
• Responsible for COG analysis, global pricing analysis and SKU management of category
• Lead development of forecast offerings/bulletins detailing new program introduction and execution ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all GMW postings.
• Ensure all timetables and cost objectives are met, including new products, seasonal programs and support collateral.
• Work closely with Creative to ensure flawless execution of saleable, collateral, merchandising.
• Spearhead project briefing to Editorial and ensure timely issuance of copy.
• Responsible for driving all aspects of PPD meetings: agenda issuance, meeting summary and follow-ups between meetings.
• Monitor activity of marketing competitive set including launches and 360 support.
• Lead preparation of category reviews and competitive analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
• College degree
• 3+ years of Marketing experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Proactive and has the ability to motivate others
• Ability to work on a lean team with a fast-growing business (i.e. entrepreneurial environment)
• Previous global and or marketing experience required
• Preferred Marketing experience within Prestige/Luxury industry
• Experience with global marketing or international cultural exposure a plus
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and handle a broad range of projects
• Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment
• Team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross functional teams
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,000 to $104,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
