Shift:
1st - 8am - 4pm
2nd - 4pm-12am
3rd - 12pm- 8am
(Will work 50% weekends within a 6 week span) Will always know your schedule 6 weeks in advance.
Pay: $25.30 - 33.11/hr
Description:
Set up, run, and trouble-shoot machinery in a safe and efficient manner that is used to process titanium.
• Perform clean-up operations in all areas of the facility
• Assist with maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment as needed
• loading and unloading particulate material and/or electrodes
• pumping down furnace and operate vacuum systems
• setting beam programs
• operating furnace controls and data logging instrumentation
• melting and casting
• cooling, unloading, identifying and weighing ingots
• take samples
• operate stub welder
• weld stubs on to electrodes
• Operate and perform preventative checks on forklifts, front-end loaders or other equipment
