Full Job Description New OR nurse cohort to start May 2023! Open to experienced and new graduate nurses that would like to learn how to be a Circulating Nurse. Training program will be a hybrid model including classroom learning, computer-based modules, and hands-on training. Different shifts available including 7a-3p, 7a-7p and 8a-5p. The Surgical RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients before, during and after surgery to include:
 Create and maintains a sterile and safe environment
 Provides preoperative and postoperative instruction
 Monitor the physiological and psychological status of the patient
Coordinate patient care with all areas of Surgery including Pre-Op & Post-Op Nursing, Sterile Processing, Anesthesia department, and Surgeons
 Act as a patient advocate
