Position Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced technician to assist in deploying mid-sized networks from the construction phase to provisioning to servicing. This position requires regular, frequent travel across the Southeast.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with team members about on-going and upcoming projects
• Troubleshoot and repair existing networks and systems on our properties
• Install and provision systems on new construction and retrofit applications
• Ability to travel M-F as needed to our job sites and existing properties.
• Perform system training with staff
• Safely operate company-owned vehicles and tools
Requirements:
• Available Monday-Friday (occasional weekend work required)
• Available for travel (expect to leave on Monday & return on Friday most weeks)
• Acceptable driving record
• Experience installing and terminating low-voltage cabling
• Experience with hardware installation (speakers, cameras, TVs, projectors, microphones, racks, etc)
• Ability to safely navigate crawlspaces and attics when required
• General construction experience (how buildings are built, where to install devices)
• Punctuality a must!
