Full Job Description Pa Adult and Teen Challenge, Rehrersburg, PA has a part-time job opening for an HR Admin Assistant.
PAATC is a ministry organization that offers a Christian faith-based, adult, long term program for individuals struggling with chemical addiction along with state licensed detox and clinical residential and outpatient programming.
The HR department works closely with employees in all programs offered by PAATC and is responsible for overseeing the code of conduct for employees in the ministry. This position will oversee the employee transaction processes and data input for the organization.
Job Duties Include:
• Oversee new hire paperwork process including: applications, background checks, verifying licenses and degrees, Medicaid exclusion checks, and other items needed to process new employees.
• Schedule and oversee new employee orientation training process
• Responsible for all ADP data input for employee transactions including, hires, and pay changes
• Places orders for office supplies as requested by other departments
• Assists with creation of new employee files and conducts regular audits of files to ensure required paperwork is present.
Job Requirements:
• Candidates for this position must have experience working in ADP HR/Payroll software including running reports
• 2 years previous HR or other administrative experience required
• Must have a high attention to detail regarding data input and ensuring all data is entered accurately
• Must have a passion and appreciation for the mission of PAATC
• Comfortable participating in and at times leading department staff prayer
