Full Job Description Grail Bra Specialists is seeking a part-time bra fitter. We are a body-inclusive independent bra fitting specialty boutique located in east Athens, and there are currently three of us on staff. Weekly schedule would consist of two weekdays (specific days negotiable) from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Fitting or comparable retail experience is NOT required, nor is it expected. Full training will be provided. What matters is being a good match in terms of personality and values: reliability, *empathy*, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an enthusiastic & sincere embrace of fully inclusive body positivity/neutrality. MUST be LGBT-affirming and anti-body shame in any form.
In-training wage is $10/ hour, which will immediately rise to $15/ hour plus occasional tips as soon as the fitter begins working independently with clients (approximately 2-3 weeks from start).
